My Writings
I wear a lot of hats as an activist-writer. Sometimes I write as a book author, sometimes as a blogger, sometimes as a journalist, essayist, editorialist, etc... I write where I see holes whenever I can. Why? Because I don't believe we will achieve a truly egalitarian society if we can't bring everyone to the table and I don't believe we can change the master narratives through single methods and approaches. So in addition to being author of Raising Mixed Race and blogger here, I also write about social justice issues (often the Asian/American diaspora and folks of mixed-race descent) on various platforms that are friendly, supportive, and allied/unified to the cause.
